Our Position on Intellectual Property

FastIPTVStream maintains a firm commitment to respecting intellectual property rights held by content creators, broadcasters, and rights holders worldwide. We operate in full compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), codified under Title 17 of the United States Code, Section 512.

If you are a copyright owner — or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one — and you believe that material accessible through our platform infringes upon your protected work, we encourage you to submit a formal DMCA takedown notice using the procedure outlined below. Our compliance team reviews every valid submission and takes prompt corrective action.

How to File a Copyright Complaint

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a valid DMCA takedown notice must be a written communication that includes substantially the following elements:

1 Copyrighted Work Identification

  • A clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • If multiple works are involved, provide a representative list of each protected title

2 Infringing Material Location

  • Identify the specific material you believe is infringing and its exact location on our platform
  • Include direct URLs or sufficiently detailed descriptions so our team can locate the content without ambiguity

3 Your Contact Information

  • Your full legal name (or company name if acting on behalf of an organization)
  • A valid physical mailing address, telephone number, and email address

4 Required Legal Statements

  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative

Where to Send Your Notice

All DMCA takedown notices should be directed to our designated copyright compliance agent at the email address below. Please use the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request" to ensure your submission is routed to the appropriate department without delay.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and email address
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA notice
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, FastIPTVStream will forward a copy to the original complainant and inform them that the removed material may be restored after 10 business days. If the original complainant does not file a court action seeking a restraining order within 14 business days, we will reinstate the material in question.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and our own internal guidelines, FastIPTVStream maintains a strict policy toward repeat infringers. User accounts that are the subject of multiple valid copyright infringement notices will be reviewed and, where appropriate, permanently terminated. We reserve the right to disable access to any account at our sole discretion if we determine that a pattern of infringement exists, regardless of whether a formal court ruling has been issued.

Service Disclaimer

FastIPTVStream operates as a technology service provider. We do not host, produce, or own any of the audio-visual content accessible through our platform. All broadcast rights and media copyrights remain the exclusive property of their respective holders.

We respond promptly and in good faith to all valid DMCA notices that comply with the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512. Pursuant to Section 512(f), any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees incurred by the alleged infringer or by FastIPTVStream.

Notice Regarding Fraudulent Claims

Please be advised that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), submitting a DMCA takedown notice containing material misrepresentations is a serious legal matter. FastIPTVStream reserves the right to seek damages against any claimant who files a fraudulent or bad-faith notice, including recovery of legal fees.
